File Action
This action will attach a generic file to the conversation that the user can download. You can add a file as an external URL or upload it to Xenioo storage.
Settings
The action uses the following settings:

Upload To Storage | The file will be retrieved from your Xenioo Account storage. | ⛔ |
Image URL | The fully qualified URL of the file | ✅ |
Friendly Filename | The name of the file you wish to appear on the client chat | ✅ |
Remarks
The Friendly Filename value, if used, will replace the storage or url filename shown to the end user. Not all platforms support this information and may still display the original filename. Refer to the Availabilty table to know on which platform you can use a Friendly Filename.

This action can be used only inside interactions and not as child of other actions. Any account can use this action regardless of subscription level.
