# Number

This operation will add a numeric text box to the current [Form Container](https://docs10.xenioo.com/actions-and-operations/forms/form-container) action. A numeric text box will accept only numbers and usually display up/down arrows to increase and decrease the value.

The action uses the following settings:

This is a standard HTML Numeric field. UI layout may vary depending on the browser and on the platform used.

This action does not trigger any event.

This action does not return any variable but the one that have been specified in the *Target Variable* setting.
